June provides AI voice answering, SMS dispatch, crew scheduling, job tracking, and payment processing services on behalf of licensed contractors.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, trade type, and billing information when you create an account.
- Business Information: Contractor license details, insurance information, service rates, coverage hours, and emergency response preferences.
- Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, service addresses, gate codes, and job details for customers you serve through the platform.
- Crew and Technician Information: Names, mobile phone numbers, language preferences, tier priority, and availability schedules for your team members.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Call Recordings and Transcripts: Audio recordings of inbound and outbound calls handled by our AI voice assistant, along with AI-generated transcripts. A recording disclosure is provided at the start of every call.
- SMS and Message Data: Content and metadata of text messages sent and received through our dispatch and notification systems.
- Job and Dispatch Data: Job details, dispatch timestamps, technician responses, arrival and completion confirmations, GPS location data shared during active jobs, and uploaded before/after job photos.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including features used and actions taken.
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device type, and operating system when you access our web dashboard.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- Payment Processors: Transaction data from Stripe Connect related to payments processed through your contractor account.
- Integrations: Data from connected platforms such as QuickBooks, Google Calendar, or Microsoft Outlook that you choose to sync.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide AI-powered voice answering, emergency dispatch, and scheduling services
- Send SMS notifications to your customers, crew members, and technicians regarding job status, dispatch alerts, ETAs, and service updates
- Process payments through Stripe Connect where the contractor is the merchant of record
- Generate invoices, work orders, and job completion reports
- Sync data with your connected business software
- Generate analytics and reports about your business performance
- Train and improve our AI models using anonymized and aggregated data only
- Send you important updates about your account and our services
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
4. SMS and Mobile Messaging
June sends SMS and MMS messages on behalf of contractors to their customers and crew members for operational purposes. Message types include:
- Emergency dispatch alerts
- Job status updates
- Technician ETA notifications
- Arrival and completion confirmations
- Service summaries and work order links
- Schedule and crew notifications
Important disclosures regarding our messaging practices:
- Mobile opt-in data and consent information is not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- We collect mobile phone numbers and messaging consent only for the purpose of delivering service-related communications.
- Message recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- Message recipients can get help by replying HELP to any message.
- Message frequency varies based on active service requests. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any service.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate our platform, including Twilio (voice and SMS), Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (authentication and database), and cloud hosting providers.
- Integrations: Business software platforms you choose to connect (QuickBooks, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.).
- Contractor–Customer Relationship: Job details, technician information, and service updates are shared between contractors and their customers as part of normal service delivery.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
6. Call Recording and Transcription
Every call handled by June begins with a recorded disclosure: "This call may be recorded and handled by an automated assistant." This disclosure is required under California Penal Code 632 and similar statutes in other states that require all-party consent for call recording.
Call recordings and transcripts are used solely for service delivery, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. They are encrypted in transit and at rest and retained according to your account settings (default 90 days).
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Call recordings are retained for 90 days by default (configurable). SMS message logs are retained for the duration of your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@tryjune.co.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), regular security audits, access controls, and employee training. For more details, see our Security page.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
